When reconciliation is needed:
- Errors in shopper’s fulfilment entry
- Adding redelivery or cancellation fees to order
- When a customer requests for final receipt immediately, you can reconcile order, capture payment and send the receipt.
How to reconcile an order:
Step 1: Enter Order Reconciliation page
Click "Reconcile Order" to enter the order reconciliation page.
If you do not see “Reconcile Order” button, click the Edit Order button and change the Status to "Delivered".
Step 2: Edit the line item you need to reconcile
Click "Edit" under the "Actions" column.
Step 3: Edit line item info in the pop-up window
Step 4: Edit Service Amount / Delivery Amount / Concierge Fee / Coupon Amount if needed
