I have not received my grocery order confirmation or final receipt

You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after you have successfully placed an order. Occasionally. emails end up in the junk/spam folder, so take a look there.

We also aim to send you the final receipt in 15mins after we’ve delivered your order. If you did not receive your final receipt after 48 hours or have further questions, please contact us at customer service.
