Although our goal is to fulfil every order, sometimes we find out from restaurants that an item is out of stock only after payment has been processed.
If an item is missing from your order, please check your final receipt (usually sent within 15 minutes). You will be able to see the out of stock items there. If an item is shown as delivered but you haven’t received it, please contact us, we will be happy to help.
If accompanying items like sauce, chopsticks and cutlery are missing, please also let us know. We appreciate your feedback to help us continuously improve our service.
